Client Satisfaction Raffle Drawing

It’s time for our first ever Client Satisfaction Raffle Drawing! We introduced the raffle to be able to give something back to our clients and in return gain some valuable insight into our clients’ experiences. You can read all about how it works here.

In order to make sure our drawing is truly random and fair we used the random.org site for generating the winner.

One of the Many Reasons Why Our Clients Rock

About a month ago we got an email from one of our clients (thanks Peter, you’re awesome) about some drama that’s been going on in the musicians’ sections of Montreal’s Craigslist.

You see, for a while we advertised ourselves as “Downtown’s only screen printer”. This claim isn’t far from the truth – the few other screen printers located in the downtown area don’t actively advertise – we do. Apparently, someone had a problem with this claim and took the time to voice his/her grievances as a reply to our post.

Of course, had our client not told us about this, we probably wouldn’t have noticed it ourselves. These days we’re busy in our print shop and design studio, and we didn’t really expect to anger anyone with our periodic ads.

Now, sadly Craigslist has removed the original post stating the grievances against us, so we can’t be sure of the extent the author’s complaints. What we can be sure of (and are sharing with you all) is that a number of people came to our defense. Below are the screenshots of the reply posts that came from our clients. And this is why our clients rock! Your comments have warmed our little hearts and we are grateful that you took the time to stick up for us, and even endorse us.

We have since altered our marketing strategy to avoid any future altercations. But we won’t forget that in a time of need our clients proved to be loyal, up-standing individuals with hearts of gold. Thank you all!

Introducing Client Satisfaction Raffle

We want to make sure that all of our clients have a positive experience. So we’re created a Client Satisfaction Survey to do just that. This survey will allow us to pin point any areas of our services that need improving, starting with customer service and ending with our screen printing and design services.

Of course, we don’t expect you to give us your time for nothing in return. So, you will be automatically entered in our “25% off Client Appreciation” raffle for participating in the survey! Raffles will take place four (4) times a year, with the winner selected at random. You can stop by the Survey page to see when the next drawing will take place. And, of course, we will post the winner on our blog.

Rules:
1. Please only fill out the survey if you were our client during the three (3) months leading up to the raffle.*
2. Filling out the survey multiple times won’t increase your chances of winning. So please no multiple entries.
3. If you are the winner, you are eligible to use your 25% off anytime in the three (3) months following the day of the drawing.

* This time around, all of our past clients are eligible to enter in the raffle. The three month rule will apply starting on April 1, 2011.

So, don’t be shy, let us know how we did on your order/project. Next drawing will take place on March 31, 2011. Good luck everyone!
